All Kria jewelry is handmade in our studio and store using only certified reclaimed precious metals and certified ethically-sourced stones.

Aside from books and vinyl albums, most products sold in our store and on our site are from small vendors and independent artisans like ourselves who use sustainable practices and consider ethicacy paramount. We strive to keep the use of plastic to an absolute minimum. If you find plastic padding or wrapping in your shipment, it was upcycled from shipments we received at our retail store or production studio.


ITEM AVAILABILITY
Allow up to three weeks plus shipping for jewelry not currently in-stock. Please allow 3-6 weeks plus shipping for jewelry with settings or enamel not currently in-stock.

We do not sell chain or cord separately. If you wish to have your chain or cord replaced, please see our instructions for repairs.


JEWELRY CARE
Store fine jewelry separately to avoid scratches and keep away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Apply makeup, hairspray and perfume before putting on jewelry, and always remove jewelry before using household chemicals. Do not wear jewelry in a swimming pool, hot tub or shower. Chlorine and extreme heat can damage pearls, gemstones and metals, and it will destroy enamel.

Pearls should only be cleaned with a soft cloth moistened with water and the little bit of ivory soap.


REPAIRS

Jewelry is guaranteed within six months of purchase when worn normally and cared for as described on our site.

Please include a transaction receipt or the dated Kria card included in your jewelry box at purchase, a detailed description of the repairs to be made, your return mailing address, and your phone number. We will contact you to clarify the issue with an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete your applicable repairs prior to beginning any work.

Please package items securely in a hard box for protection when shipping to us. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Domestic shipping is sent via UPS Ground with tracking information. UPS is responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we insure each package based on its retail value in the unfortunate event they do need to replace them.

International shipping is sent via FedEx International Economy with tracking information. FedEx is responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we insure each package based on its retail value in the unfortunate event they do need to replace them.


SALES TAX AND CUSTOM CHARGES
We are required by law to charge state and local tax in the United States for orders that are shipped to CA, FL, IL and NY.

For international orders, customers are required to pay all taxes, customs, and duties their shipment incurs. We do not have information on customs and duties, we are unable to estimate those charges, and we are not responsible for them. Please contact your local customs office for further information. All international orders including shipments to Canada are sent via FedEx International Economy.


METHOD OF PAYMENT
Online, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. In our retail store, we accept cash, all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and NFC contactless cards.


RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise. A Store Credit Authorization Number will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise by us. No store credit will be granted without a Store Credit Authorization Number. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging with a printed receipt.

Initial and return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns need to be well packaged and insured for the full price of the item. We can not be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to give store credit if the purchaser cannot be verified. Store credit must be used within 30 days of issue to the customer. One of a kind and special orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
